What we collect
Email address, order details, payment metadata from Stripe (we never store full card numbers), and account credentials needed to fulfill orders. For coaching, optionally the VODs you upload.
How we use it
Fulfilling your order, sending order updates and receipts, handling disputes, and improving the service. We do not sell personal data.
How we store it
Account credentials are encrypted at rest and protected by per-order PIN release. Credentials are wiped within 24 hours after order completion.
Retention windows
- Account credentials: wiped within 24 hours of order completion.
- Order proof uploads (screenshots/videos): retained 90 days after order completion.
- Order metadata (amounts, dates, status): retained 7 years to comply with tax and refund obligations.
- Chat messages between customer and booster: retained 1 year after order completion.
- Webhook event audit log: retained 30 days.
- Personal email on retained orders: removed immediately on account deletion (anonymized).
Third parties
Stripe (payments), our hosting provider, and email delivery. Each is bound by their own privacy commitments.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion by emailing support, or delete your account immediately using the button below. We respond to all manual requests within 30 days.
